Art Therapy Groups
Creativity has the power to help us access thoughts and emotions that words alone often cannot. Art therapy offers a gentle, meaningful way to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
My art therapy groups are thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, confidential space where individuals can explore life’s challenges through guided creative expression, mindfulness, and shared reflection. No artistic experience is necessary—the emphasis is never on talent or the finished artwork, but on the process of creating and the insights that emerge along the way.
Each group is intentionally small, allowing for genuine connection, personalized attention, and a sense of community. Together, we explore themes such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationships, self-compassion, identity, and resilience, using art as a catalyst for healing, self-discovery, and growth.
Whether you are looking to better understand yourself, navigate a difficult season, or simply create space for reflection and renewal, art therapy offers a unique opportunity to cultivate emotional well-being while connecting with others on a similar journey.
I believe creativity exists within everyone. My role is to provide a compassionate, welcoming space where you can explore, express, and discover new pathways toward healing—one creative step at a time.
