Movement for Wellness offers movement-based experiences that support the connection between the mind and body through dance, functional strength training, rhythm, mobility, and mindful movement. Each class is designed to help participants reduce stress, build confidence, improve physical well-being, and reconnect with themselves in a welcoming and supportive environment

Dance & Flow

A dance-based wellness class that blends easy-to-follow choreography, mobility, mindful movement, and self-expression. Participants are invited to move at their own pace while building confidence, reducing stress, and reconnecting with the joy of movement. Each class concludes with stretching and a brief moment of reflection.
